Begonia gemella adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Begoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sulawesi. Nama ilmiah Begonia gemella diperkenalkan oleh Otto Warburg pada tahun 1983.
