Begonia holosericea merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Begoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Maluku. Nama ilmiah Begonia holosericea diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Johannes Elias Teijsmann pada tahun 1863.
