Begonia micranthera nothovar. foliosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Begoniaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di bebatuan dan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Argentina (Jujuy). Nama ilmiah Begonia micranthera nothovar. foliosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Lyman Bradford Smith pada tahun 1941.
