Begonia xylopoda adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Begoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia (Putumayo). Nama ilmiah Begonia xylopoda diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Lyman Bradford Smith pada tahun 1946.
