Berberis brumalis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Berberidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Berberis brumalis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama James Francis Macbride pada tahun 1934.
