Berberis fengii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Berberidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Yunnan barat laut). Nama ilmiah Berberis fengii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Shi Ying Bao pada tahun 1985.
