Berberis gilungensis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Berberidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Tibet selatan. Nama ilmiah Berberis gilungensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Tsun Shen Ying pada tahun 1985.
