Berberis hainesii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Berberidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah India tengah (Madhya Pradesh). Nama ilmiah Berberis hainesii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Leslie Walter Allen Ahrendt pada tahun 1944.
