Berberis ilicina adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Berberidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko timur laut. Nama ilmiah Berberis ilicina diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Diederich Franz Leonhard von Schlechtendal pada tahun 1879.
