Berberis incerta merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Berberidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Jalisco hingga Veracruz). Nama ilmiah Berberis incerta diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Karl Georg Fedde pada tahun 1993.
