Berberis michay merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Berberidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Argentina selatan. Nama ilmiah Berberis michay mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1942.
