Berberis mingetsensis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Berberidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Berberis mingetsensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Bunzō Hayata pada tahun 1915.
