Berberis potaninii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Berberidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Berberis potaninii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Maximowicz pada tahun 1891.
