Bernardia albida merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Bernardia albida diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Cyrus Longworth Lundell pada tahun 1976.
