Besleria umbrosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Gesneriaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo timur laut). Nama ilmiah Besleria umbrosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius pada tahun 1829.
Besleria umbrosa var. latifolia DC. Pseudobesleria umbrosa (Mart.) Oerst.
