Betula pubescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Betulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan downy birch. Nama ilmiah Betula pubescens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jakob Friedrich Ehrhart pada tahun 1791.
