Bidens blakei merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Bidens blakei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Earl Edward Sherff pada tahun 1975.
