Blakea brachyura adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia. Nama ilmiah Blakea brachyura pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Henry Allan Gleason pada tahun 1925.
