Blechnum lanceola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Aspleniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Blechnum lanceola diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Olof Peter Swartz pada tahun 1817.
