Blepharandra heteropetala merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Malpighiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia timur hingga Venezuela selatan dan Brazil bagian utara. Nama ilmiah Blepharandra heteropetala pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1981.
