Blepharis spinescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Somalia timur laut. Nama ilmiah Blepharis spinescens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Kaj Børge Vollesen pada tahun 2002.
