Blyxa echinosperma adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Hydrocharitaceae yang hidup semusim. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan Asia tropis dan subtropis hingga Australia utara. Nama ilmiah Blyxa echinosperma diperkenalkan oleh Charles Baron Clarke pada tahun 1888.
