Boehmeria repens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Amerika tengah, Karibia. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan west indian false nettle. Nama ilmiah Boehmeria repens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis August Heinrich Rudolf Grisebach pada tahun 1869.
