Boesenbergia atropurpurea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Zingiberaceae (suku temu-temuan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan (Sarawak). Nama ilmiah Boesenbergia atropurpurea pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2015.
