Bolbitis major adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Nepal hingga Bangladesh dan India tengah. Nama ilmiah Bolbitis major pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Richard Henry Beddome pada tahun 1977.
