Bolbitis umbrosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Meksiko (Hidalgo, Veracruz, Chiapas), Honduras. Nama ilmiah Bolbitis umbrosa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Frederik Michael Liebmann pada tahun 1934.
