Bonnaya cowiei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Linderniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Northern Territory (Pulau Melville). Nama ilmiah Bonnaya cowiei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Robert Barker pada tahun 2014.
