Borinda declivis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan bambu dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Yunnan). Nama ilmiah Borinda declivis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Tong Pei Yi pada tahun 2021.
