Bossera cristatocarpa merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Bossera cristatocarpa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jacques Désiré Leandri pada tahun 1962.
