Bossiaea grayi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah New South Wales. Nama ilmiah Bossiaea grayi diperkenalkan oleh Keith Leonard McDougall pada tahun 2009.
