Boswellia ameero merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Burseraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Socotra. Nama ilmiah Boswellia ameero diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Isaac Bayley Balfour pada tahun 1882.
