Bothriochloa erianthoides merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Queensland hingga New South Wales timur laut. Nama ilmiah Bothriochloa erianthoides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ferdinand von Mueller pada tahun 1934.
