Brachychiton velutinosus Kosterm.

Brachychiton velutinosus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Papua tenggara Papua hingga Queensland (Semenanjung Provinsi Cape York). Nama ilmiah Brachychiton velutinosus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis André Joseph Guillaume Henri Kostermans pada tahun 1977.
