Breynia fruticosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Phyllanthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China selatan hingga Indo-China. Nama ilmiah Breynia fruticosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johannes Müller Argoviensis pada tahun 1866.
