Brickellia chenopodina merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah New Mexico (Grants County). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan chenopod brickellbush. Nama ilmiah Brickellia chenopodina pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edward Lee Greene pada tahun 1917.
