Bridelia speciosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Phyllanthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan tropis Afrika bagian barat hingga Kamerun. Nama ilmiah Bridelia speciosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johannes Müller Argoviensis pada tahun 1864.
