Bromus ceramicus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Maluku. Nama ilmiah Bromus ceramicus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jisaburo Ohwi pada tahun 1947.
