Brunellia macrophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Brunelliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia timur. Nama ilmiah Brunellia macrophylla diperkenalkan oleh Ellsworth Paine Killip pada tahun 1942.
