Brunia dregeana merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Bruniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Brunia dregeana diperkenalkan oleh Otto Wilhelm Sonder pada tahun 2011.
