Brunia macrocephala adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Bruniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Brunia macrocephala pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Ludwig von Willdenow pada tahun 1809.
