Buchnera tacianae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Orobanchaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Goiás). Nama ilmiah Buchnera tacianae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Vinicius Castro Souza pada tahun 2016.
