Buchnera ternifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan hemiparasit dari famili Orobanchaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk semak. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko selatan hingga kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Buchnera ternifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Sigismund Kunth pada tahun 1818.
