Buchnera virgata merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Orobanchaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Trinidad, Kolombia, Bolivia timur. Nama ilmiah Buchnera virgata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Sigismund Kunth pada tahun 1818.
