Buddleja skutchii subsp. costaricensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Scrophulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kosta Rika hingga Panama. Nama ilmiah Buddleja skutchii subsp. costaricensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Eliane Meyer Norman pada tahun 2000.
