Bulbostylis leiolepis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Tanzania (Buha). Nama ilmiah Bulbostylis leiolepis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Georg Kükenthal pada tahun 1983.
