Bulbostylis sellowiana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil hingga Paraguay. Nama ilmiah Bulbostylis sellowiana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Sigismund Kunth pada tahun 1908.
