Burckella richii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Sapotaceae (suku sawo-sawoan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Fiji, Tonga. Nama ilmiah Burckella richii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Asa Gray pada tahun 1952.
