Bussea xylocarpa merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Mozambique. Nama ilmiah Bussea xylocarpa diperkenalkan oleh Thomas Archibald Sprague pada tahun 1909.
