Butomus junceus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Butomaceae yang dapat tumbuh di media yang tergenang air (helofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Siberia selatan hingga Mongolia. Nama ilmiah Butomus junceus diperkenalkan oleh Nicolai Stepanovitch Turczaninow pada tahun 1854.
