Buxus arborea merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Buxaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jamaika. Nama ilmiah Buxus arborea diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Richardson Proctor pada tahun 1967.
